1. Acceptance

By accessing or using nucleoraskin.com (the "Site") or purchasing products from NUCLEORA SKINCARE INC. ("NUCLEORA", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About us

NUCLEORA SKINCARE INC. · BC corporation BC1587377 · 2155 Emerson St, Abbotsford, BC V2T 3H8, Canada. General contact: hello@nucleoraskin.com. Adverse-event reporting: safety@nucleoraskin.com.

3. The waitlist (pre-launch)

Joining the founding list signs you up to receive pre-launch and launch emails from NUCLEORA. It is not an order and creates no obligation to purchase. Nothing is for sale yet; founding-list members are simply notified first when the store opens.

4. Products

We sell cosmetic skincare products, principally the NUCLEORA PDRN Radiance Serum. Products are intended for cosmetic use only. They are not drugs, natural health products, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Ordering, pricing, and taxes (at store open)

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds (at store open)

Shipping, return, and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages. In summary, unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery; opened product is accepted where there is a genuine safety or quality concern.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NUCLEORA's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

The NUCLEORA name, logo, packaging, and Site content are owned by NUCLEORA SKINCARE INC. or its licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms: hello@nucleoraskin.com. Adverse-event or safety concerns: safety@nucleoraskin.com.

A French-language version of these Terms is published before the store is reachable by Quebec residents.
